§ 25-94. Compliance with specifications and regulations; cancellation of permit for violation.
Latest version.
Prior to and during any construction for which a permit is required under this division,
the permittee shall conform to all specifications and regulations set forth in the
permit, barricade plan, and/or Barricade Manual, including but not restricted to proper
maintenance of barricades, signals, signs or other traffic-control or safety devices.
The director of engineering and transportation, building official and/or city engineer
may cancel the permit issued under this division for any violations of the regulations,
and after such cancellation the permit will have no further force or effect.
