§ 35.8.6. Location of Assisted Living Facility, Group Home for Handicapped Persons or Institution.

An Assisted Living Facility, Group Home for Handicapped Persons or Institution may be located in any district which allows multi-family developments as provided in this Chapter. No other Assisted Living Facility, Group Home for Handicapped Persons or Institution shall be located within a radius of six hundred (600) feet of the facility, home or institution.
