§ 35.16.3. Jurisdiction.

This Subchapter shall apply to all land and all developments within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Denton, except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Subchapter. The territorial jurisdiction of the City shall be defined as follows:
A.

The area within the corporate limits of the City;

B.

The area within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City; and

C.

Any other area to which the provisions of this Subchapter are made applicable in accordance with and as permitted by federal, state or local law.
