§ 35.11.1. Purpose.

The use of property or buildings within the City shall not be made non-conforming by the initial adoption of this Subchapter. Existing or new nonconforming uses will be regulated by the provisions of this Subchapter. No nonconforming use of land or structures shall be enlarged, changed, altered or repaired, except in accordance with the provisions of this Subchapter.
