§ 35.10.3. Additional Regulations for Escort Agencies.

A. An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.

B.

A person commits an offense if he or she acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.
