§ 34-39. Pre-construction phase procedural requirements and policies.

(a)

Filing of an approved final plat. An approved final plat must be filed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Preconstruction conference. A preconstruction conference between the owner, prime contractor, project engineer, the city engineer, the executive director of utilities and representatives of public utilities is required to review the proposed improvements to be made and the requirements of this chapter.
