§ 5-1. License required.

(a)

The city does hereby levy an annual license fee pursuant to V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code § 61.36 which shall be one-half of the state fee upon every person as permitted by V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code § 61.36 unless prohibited by state law.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to conduct any business in the city for which a license is required by V.T.C.A., Alcoholic Beverage Code § 61.36 and this section without obtaining such license.
