§ 27-213. Required taxicab identification.

A holder shall cause each taxicab operating under its authority to be provided with the following uniform vehicle identification:
(1)

The name of the holder's company printed in letters not less than three inches high with one-half (½) inch stroke; and

(2)

The taxicab number assigned to each vehicle by the director in numbers and letters not less than three inches high with one-half (½) inch stroke and so that it is clearly visible from the front, rear, and both sides of the taxicab.
