§ 26-135. Amendments to ordinance.

Latest version.

That the city council, by ordinance, may adopt and enforce such other and further rules as it considers appropriate to operate the drainage function of the wastewater utility system, in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code, § 402.045(e).
