§ 25-75. Same—Excavation site.

The city shall provide each person issued a permit required under this division. The permit shall also contain the name, address and telephone number of the person performing the work. It shall be the duty of any permittee to keep the permit posted in a conspicuous place at the site of the work. It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit such permit at or about any work not covered by such permit or to misrepresent the number of the permit or the date of expiration of the site.
