§ 19-94. Power of inspector executing warrant.

The execution of a warrant issued pursuant to this article shall not include any authority to make arrests or to seize tangible goods of a violation, except where the inspector is a peace officer or the items are to be seized by a peace officer and are within the items listed in Vernon's Ann. C.C.P. art. 18.02(1)—(9) and (11).
