§ 19-87. Warrants authorized.

Except as provided in section 19-86, inspectors are hereby authorized to seek and obtain inspection warrants from a magistrate before making any inspection incidental to the enforcement of any provision of this Code or other law that provides for such inspection; when the inspector is also a peace officer, incidental to the enforcement of this Code, laws of the state and the United States. A magistrate is hereby authorized to issue such warrants subject to the requirements of this chapter.
